Before You Start as Buyer
- Complete the “Inquiry Form” below
- Verify the Buyer’s background information, shareholding structure, and source of funds
- Execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with ComplianceOne
- ComplianceOne will provide to you the “Company Factsheet”
- Develop the transaction structure
- Arrange a meeting between the Buyer and Seller to understand the current status of the target company and discuss transaction details
- Sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and commence the transaction!
Before You Start as Seller
- Complete the “Inquiry Form” below
- Verify the Seller’s identity and provide basic information of the Target Company
- Execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with ComplianceOne
- ComplianceOne will engage with potential Buyers and verify their identity and source of funds
- Develop the transaction structure
- Arrange a meeting between the Buyer and Seller to understand the current status of the target company and discuss transaction details
- Sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and commence the transaction!
