Before You Start as Buyer

  2. Verify the Buyer’s background information, shareholding structure, and source of funds
  3. Execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with ComplianceOne
  4. ComplianceOne will provide to you the “Company Factsheet”
  5. Develop the transaction structure
  6. Arrange a meeting between the Buyer and Seller to understand the current status of the target company and discuss transaction details
  7. Sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and commence the transaction!
Before You Start as Seller
  1. Complete the “Inquiry Form” below
  2. Verify the Seller’s identity and provide basic information of the Target Company
  3. Execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with ComplianceOne
  4. ComplianceOne will engage with potential Buyers and verify their identity and source of funds
  5. Develop the transaction structure
  6. Arrange a meeting between the Buyer and Seller to understand the current status of the target company and discuss transaction details
  7. Sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and commence the transaction!
